This naturally caffeine free flower is probably best known for it’s calming effects. It can help aid relaxation, relieve IBS symptoms, menstrual cramps, and can provide relief from gas and bloating. Helps boost the immune system and fight infections associated with colds.
Chamomile can be drunk on it’s own for a floral mug of tea or with a drop of honey/honey substitute added to sweeten the taste. We’ve found it’s best drunk before bed to help aid with sleeping.

Preparation: Use freshly boiled filtered water 100°C.
Allow 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for 300ml cup.
Infuse 5-8 min.
