Translated as ”The Iron Goddess Of Mercy” This is one of the most popular and famous Chinese Oolongs. Legend tells us that it was named by a tea grower after the iron statue of the Goddess of Mercy, Guanyin. It originated in the 19th century in Anxi, Fujian Province.
The infusion of this delicious tea is honey coloured with a sweetish, floral aroma and a smooth delicate flavour.
