Chai Black Tea
Chai is a traditional Indian spiced tea sometimes known as Masala Chai. This loose leaf blend is made from Indian black tea, cardamom pods, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and red pepper. It can be enjoyed on its own or with a dash of milk and sugar. For an authentic taste you can simmer this tea in milk and strain once it is ready.

Preparation: Use filtered and freshly boiled water 100°C
Allow 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 300ml cup +1 for the pot.
Infuse for 2-3 min without milk
4-5 min with milk
